The COVID Memory Research Group is Co-Directed by Mitchell Joachim, an Associate Professor of Practice at NYU and Co-Founder of the nonprofit urban design research group Terreform ONE. Joachim is an architect, urbanist, and a leading figure in ecological design.

Paul D. Miller, aka DJ Spooky, is a composer, multimedia artist, and writer whose work immerses audiences in a blend of genres, global culture, and environmental and social issues. Miller is an experimental musician and philosopher who has collaborated with an array of artists.

Peder Anker

Peder Anker is a professor at NYU Gallatin; his research interests lie in the history of science, ecology, environmentalism and design, as well as environmental philosophy. He has received research fellowships from the Fulbright Program, the Dibner Institute, and the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science.

 

Sarah Williams

Sarah Williams is a professor of Technology and Urban Planning at MIT where she is also Director of the Civic Data Design Lab and the Leventhal Center for Advanced Urbanism. Williams’ combines her training in computation and design to create communication strategies that expose urban policy issues to broad audiences and create civic change.
